What is the best high altitude paraglider motor/frame? - paraglider harness for sale

PPG am a beginner, but I am a private pilot. I want a safe, reliable, efficient and inexpensive PPG. I need the whole package to keep the wing, harness, etc. .. Looking for some recommendations for those who do not fly, but production and distribution of parts of themselves. I watched the Super Flat Top Dale and the Cool Breeze Monster Hirth. I weigh 190 lbs and like the ability to extra equipment and extra fuel costs to bear dressed, during the peak morning the Wasatch Front roaming.
My concerns are the economic components and kill me. 
