I have many wonderful things about the juice, as the assistance is part of the general health, skin, weight loss, and others. Should I Juice? I'm repairing a juicer, but I need more fruits and vegetables. Any type of property? And the benefits are really that good? I think to make a 3.4 that I am full meal, vegetables and fruit jus.

I prefer to eat fruits, whole and fresh vegetables. So you can have this fiber. Well, the juice is not so bad, especially if you want some candy fruit.
