Wins Database Why Don't We Import Birth Fingerprints Into The National Crime Database?

Why don't we import birth fingerprints into the national Crime database? - wins database

The only time the fingerprints are entered into the national database, if a crime was committed. If this is a first offense, it is not in the system. If we had all the fingerprints in the base would be much easier to identify criminals.

This is not a good way to load all the impressions of a baby in the national database. But I suspect that the NSA to find a way to do it now ...

As they grow, are the fingerprints of change. The space between the lines of fingerprints in their expansion as they age. Most people do not know why you can not provide all the fingerprints in the database as a baby. These finer prints no longer valid, as the child grows.

Not only criminals are entered into the database .. AFIS, there are also people who had their fingerprints on their work, etc. It's a good question, but .. but most babies get their tracks to take at birth. When children are dead in the morgue just call traces the birth and identification in this way.

I prefer my life to become the design for the freedom of privacy. I'm not the curve of my love for life because of fear. I have my fingerprints on file. The world does not end shortly. I still trust.

His fingerprints did not with age. The increase, however, all paths are the same since the first day.
I would not of "crime" database, to speak, but a "national" as the database is not for the military, etc.
Mine are made in Wshington when I was in the way of the Civil Air Patrol in the 60s.
Someone said that cause the birth and the traces, they are only birth certificates.
